The Spacious washroom but only for the most expensive room though.the stuffs understand English.
Air conditioning was not working properly, the location was so far away from the city centre.a cab ride is needed to get to a subway line ,in between ntw$ b 80-100, each way and needed to transfer a few subway lines to get to most of the tourist area.the most expensive room was booked for 4nights, the room was so small and the breakfast choices are very limited.overrall, with the rate, it was not worth it as compare to Taipei Garden Hotel which I have stayed 5 days before,it was such a huge differences.

the high tea offered was an excellent touch and added to the luxury experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to some great restaurants and cultural attractions.
Our room had a strong smell of smoke when we arrived. the staff quickly provided us with a purifier to help clear the air.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a quiet street, but still close to a variety of great eating places. I especially loved the nearby Jason's marketplace, where I found a wide range of delicious gourmet food. The location was perfect for exploring the area and I felt safe walking around even at night.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is still very new so the facility was all modern and clean. The staff were all very kind and supportive to my needs. Some were not as fluent in English as others, but they understood what I needed and was very prompt to attend my needs. The complimentary buffet breakfast was rather big with variety, which was rather impressive for the price of my stay.
The Buffet Breakfast started from 7am, but I wish it could have started earlier.

The hotel had great amenities and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast provided was quite good and there were a lot of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was excellent with many attractions and restaurants close by.
My stay at this hotel during Easter was not very pleasant. Despite the fact that the amenities were great, the service was lackluster.
